Ordering and Payment

You agree to pay for all orders placed through our platform, including any applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.

Delivery

Driver Responsibility

2. Fishfee explicitly states that any illegal activities, lack of proper licensing or registration, or possession of illegal items within the driver's vehicle during the delivery process are the sole responsibility of the driver.

Non-Liability

1. Fishfee shall not be held liable for any illegal activities, lack of proper licensing or registration, or possession of illegal items within the driver's vehicle while they are engaged in delivering goods or services on our platform.
2. Customers utilizing our services acknowledge and accept that Fishfee is not responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from such actions of the drivers.

Reporting

1. We encourage our customers to promptly report any concerns or incidents related to driver behavior, licensing, registration, or the contents of their vehicles during the delivery process. Reports can be made through our customer support channels.
2. We will review and investigate any reported incidents as inappropriate, but it is important to note that the resolution of such matters may fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant authorities.

Legal Compliance

1. Fishfee expects all drivers to comply with the laws and regulations governing the operation of vehicles and the transportation of goods in their respective jurisdictions.
2. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership with any driver who fails to adhere to legal requirements or engages in illegal activities while using our platform.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is prepared for delivery, subject to the cancellation policies of our third-party partners. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement. We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Activities
